All sales from Sofi Tech are final and non-refundable. In the case of any errors, Sofi Tech will require a Payment ticket be submitted which can be found on the official Discord server.

Any instance of a charge back or fines incurred will result in a permanent ban from Sofi the game. If you are found breaking any rules of Sofi, you may not ask for a refund of items deducted.
