By using our service you implicitly agree to our terms. You may stop using the service at any time if you no longer agree to these terms.

SERVICE TERMS

• We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service at any time for any reason
• While using the Service, you also agree to obey the rules of the Platform - Discord TermsandDiscord Guidelines
• Your use of the Service is expected to remain as a virtual entertainment. We are not responsible for any real-life or virtual damages caused by your use of the Service
• Any use of the Service for any illegal and/or malicious behavior may result in revoking your rights to the Service
• We are not responsible for any malicious use of the Service done by others

ACCOUNT TRANSFERS

It is the player's responsibility to keep access of their account.

Full Access

Submit a Report ticket on the official support server (Sofi Cafe) and mention your situation as well as the full reasoning for the request. The Sofi Support team look at all details of the account for consideration of the transfer request.

Loss of Access

Account related issues MUST be handled with Discord support first. If after all attempts with Discord support fail. You may join the official Sofi support server (Sofi Cafe) and make a Report ticket to mention your situation for consideration.

Items/Collection

It is not guaranteed with any transfer request that items/collections will be allowed.

If you are found to try and bypass any methods of transfer and caught lying before the request. The Sofi team has the right remove your access from Sofi permanently as well as punish any other players involved.
